As all of our products are individually handmade for you, there may be a very slight variation regarding card colour from the original depending on paper mill shades which we have no control over.
Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm within 1 day.
Payment can be made securely on-line through BACS transfer confirming your order will be sent within 24 hrs.
Your order will be dispatched within approximately 60 working days after receipt of your payment. providing that all materials are in stock you will be informed at every stage from inception to completion. All orders will be dispatched via courier services unless local delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched we will e-mail you to notify you of the tracking.
Any problems with your order to be reported via email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of your order being dispatched to the given address.
RESERVATION FEES & FINAL PAYMENTS
All reservation fees and final payments are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our work.
We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order, and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
When you place an order, we need to know your name, address, email address and payment details. This is required for us to process and fulfil your order. You will have the option to withhold any personal information that is not required for us to process your order.We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.
We do not store or intend to store financial details after purchase is completed.We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by email to email@example.com.
